Original Stag Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays.

2. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Options, Costs and Times (UK only)
We deliver with Royal Mail Tracked services. The cost depends on how many candles you order and is shown at checkout.

Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched: Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 within 2–3 business days and Tracked 24 the next business day. These are Royal Mail's targets, not guarantees, and deliveries can take longer at busy times such as Christmas or during postal strikes. We'll send you a Royal Mail tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver within the UK only, and are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at originalstag@mail.com with photos of the damage so we can help promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at originalstag@mail.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our full returns policy for more details.
