Original Stag Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays.

2. Delivery options and costs (UK only)
We deliver with Royal Mail Tracked services. The cost depends on how many candles you order and is shown at checkout.
1 candle: Tracked 48 £3.39, Tracked 24 £4.25
2 candles: Tracked 48 £6.65, Tracked 24 £7.69
3–4 candles: Tracked 48 £10.55, Tracked 24 £12.00
For orders of 5 or more candles, please email originalstag@mail.com before ordering.

3. Delivery times
Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 business days and Tracked 24 parcels the next business day. These are Royal Mail's targets, not guarantees, and deliveries can take longer at busy times such as Christmas or during postal strikes.

4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a Royal Mail tracking number.

5. Address changes
Once an order has been dispatched, we can't change the delivery address, so please check your details at checkout.

6. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the UK only. We can't deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

7. Damaged or late parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us at originalstag@mail.com (with photos of any damage) and we'll help straight away.
